Yoga Retreats

Upcoming retreats take place:
• Friday night March 23rd to Sunday March 25th, 2012 (noon)
• Friday night April 20th to Sunday April 22th, 2012 (noon)
• Friday night May 18th to Sunday May 20th, 2012 (noon)
• Friday night June 8th to Sunday June 10th, 2012 (noon)
• Friday night June 29th to Sunday July 1st, 2012 (noon)
• Friday night July 13th to Sunday July 15th, 2012 (noon)

Prices: (Owing to increased costs we have had to raise our prices slightly. This begins in March 2012.)

~ $290 to stay inside the house (shared accommodation)
~ $250 to stay in the cabin (it is quite cozy and a favourite for many - the cabin is adjacent to the yoga studio)
~ $160 to camp around our beautiful pond and use the indoor facilities
~ $99 to come for a single Saturday and enjoy all our programs

Prices include shared accommodation, food and all classes.


Program Schedule

Friday:
Arrive anytime between 6pm and 9pm
Relax with tea and refreshments and settle in

Saturday:
Silence or meditation until the yoga class
8.00 am Hatha yoga class (all levels)
9.30 am Deep breathing pranayam with mantra meditation
10.30 am Delicious vegetarian brunch
Free time for swimming, socializing, book, sauna* or a massage*
1.00 pm Japa walk in the forest (walking meditation)
2.30 pm Vegetarian cooking class
4.00 pm Kirtan (group meditation chant) and Yoga Philosophy class
5.00 pm Dinner
7.30 pm Restorative hatha yoga with OM meditation

Sunday:
Silence or meditation until the yoga class
8.00 am Hatha yoga class (all levels)
9.30 am Deep breathing pranayam with mantra meditation
10.30 am Delicious vegetarian brunch
Socializing, pack up to depart

*additional charges apply for infra-red sauna and massage. Infra-red sauna - $25. Massage - $80 for 60 minutes.
